If you are looking for the umbra webmail interface, then there you go. Click on that. That link will take you to the webmail site running over SSL. The first time you use it on each computer a box will pop up saying that the website is certified by an unknown certificate authority (me). Don't worry about it too much. It's still better than not using SSL at all.
If you are looking for the umbra mailinglists, then click back there on that link. Do it. Do it now.
So there. If, for some unknown reason, you have strong feelings about this page and its lack of content, then please let me know and I'll possibly get around to making the new page sooner.
